銀芽蒜蓉蒸魷魚筒

材料:
魷魚(細)6隻
銀芽150克
蒜頭4粒
薑1小舊

處理:
1. 銀芽,清水洗淨,擎乾水。
2. 魷魚,清除內臟及撕去表皮,清水洗乾淨。
3. 薑,去皮,切絲。
4. 蒜頭,去皮,切碎,與魷魚撈勻,並加入調味料:
a. 生粉半茶匙
b. 糖半茶匙
c. 雞粉半茶匙
撈勻。

烹調:
1. 大火在鑊中燒熱油半湯匙。
2. 放薑絲及芽菜落鑊,炒勻。炒大約2分鐘,放上碟。魷魚鋪上面,蒜蓉鋪在魷魚上。
3. 大火煲滾1鑊水,大火蒸4分鐘。
4. 完成,可享用。

Steam baby squids with silver sprouts and garlics

Ingredients:
Baby squids 6 Nos.
Silver sprouts 150g
Garlics 4 Nos.
Ginger (small) 1 No.

Preparation:
1. Silver sprouts, rinse with tap water. Drain.
2. Baby squids, remove their intestines and remove their skin. Rinse thoroughly.
3. Ginger, get it peeled and shredded.
4. Garlics, get it peeled. Chop well. Mix with squids. Add seasoning:
a. Tapioca starch 0.5 tsp
b. Sugar 0.5 tsp
c. Chicken powder 0.5 tsp
Mix well.

Steps:
1. Heat up oil 0.5 tbsp at high flame in wok.
2. Put ginger and silver sprouts in wok. Fry well. Fry them for about 2 minutes, put on plate. Squids, put on top. Garlics, put on top of squids.
3. Heat up a wok of water at high flame. Steam the squids for 4 minutes.
4. Complete. Serve.
